Sleeping Medication for (2) Nights - Slept Well
I ended up taking a couple tablets of homeopathic sleep aid, 'Calms' on Tuesday Night, 6/26 - just couldn't shut down. Then on Wednesday night, 6/27, I took a dose of my Rx sleeping medication, Lorazepam - its the first time I've had to take sleeping medication in a long time. I didn't need anything, other than Tylenol ES, to sleep last night 6/28 and I slept well - I fell right to sleep, exhausted from the day - both physically and emotionally. I'm savoring sleeping on my side, as I know that that position probably won't be very comfortable for me after I start radiation therapy. I slept well.
