Harvested Hass Avocados
Wed Mar 12th - I decided that the Hass Avocado Tree was ready to harvest - I completely stripped it. There were easily 100 avocados, with 80 of those being of a good size to keep. Not too bad a crop off a 6' by 6' tree, and even after all the fierce winds we had last year. I did find that there were (2) avocados that showed signs of some critter that had been taste testing them for ripeness, while it perched on a branch and nibbled. My avocados are safely inside and ripening.
