A Winter Rain Storm Building Today

Jan 21st Wednesday - We had a little light rain last night and the next storm is building this morning. This rain storm is supposed to give us up to 1" of rain overnight - good, we can use a good drink, its been too hot and dry lately.
I know that the people who lost their homes in the recent fire burn areas don't feel the same way about the need for rain, as this will be a time of sandbags and mud slides, with that much rain coming down quickly.
We still need the rain.
