Uncomfortable, Sleepless - Put Compression On

Its 12:30 am and I can't sleep - my right arm is uncomfortably swollen, as is the right side of my trunk and the underneath of my right breast and my right axilla - the usual places that like to swell on me these days. I didn't want to wake Dave with my restlessness, so I quietly got up and put on my compression garments - Belisse bra, breast/trunk pad, compression sleeve and gauntlet (for my hand) - trying to get that lymph and fluid moving so that the swelling goes down. I used my manual lymph drainage massage techniques. My skin is somewhat hot to the touch - I've got to get things moving. I came out to fix some hot cocoa and sleep in my chair for awhile.
