Unexpected Workout
I went over to Henry's Market to do a little grocery shopping. I got a basket cart - the small one. I bought my groceries and went out to put them into my car. I put the cart wedged up against the back tire of my car and started unloading. I wanted to put the frozen items up front, so I took a couple bags out of the little cart and turned my back - and the cart took off rolling down the parking lot, straight towards a very lovely little Mercedes - I took off running after it and snagged it just before it hit the parked car. A man on the other end of the parking lot started applauding, and yelled out, "good job!" Yeah, I'm done now. That got the adrenalin going.
